Interim Capacity Preliminary Design

The interim capacity preliminary design project includes the necessary additions at the Tri-City Plant to meet the current growth needs of the two districts over the next 8 years, replacement of the currently rented capacity, and capacity so that the Kellogg plant load can be reduced to allow for normal and regular maintenance activities.
