• STORM DRAIN CLEANING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM RFQ Clackamas County Water Environment Services (WES) is soliciting quotes from vendors who provide storm water cleaning services in the Clackamas, Milwaukie, Happy Valley and urban Clackamas County area. The Storm Drain Cleaning Assistance Program is a voluntary program for businesses. The program is designed to increase awareness of annual maintenance needs to prevent high water or flooding and protection of local creeks, streams and groundwater from harmful pollutants.
