Monument Box Requirements for Plats
In accordance with the Clackamas County Code, monument boxes are required for all public land corner monuments that fall within paved areas and also for centerline monuments within or, if applicable, outside the boundary of subdivision, partition and condominium plats.
No substitutions allowed.
12 – inch frames and covers:
The 12" boxes are required for streets or County Roads of a higher speed classification (speeds over 35 miles per hour). Exceptions will be addressed on an individual basis.
