Boundary Survey for Plats Clackamas County Code 11.01.020
In addition to the $400.00 fee, an additional amount of $750.00 shall be deposited at the time of submittal for all boundary surveys for all proposed subdivision, partition, or condominium plats. This amount shall be credited to the subdivision, partition or condominium review fee at the time of submittal of the final plat. All boundary surveys for subdivision, partition and condominium plats must meet the “minimum submittal requirements.”
