Program/Service Notes:
County Registrar of birth and death certificates. Provides certified copies of all births and deaths that occur in Clackamas County for up to six months after the event. After six months, call Oregon State Vital Records Information at (971) 673-1190. Death abstracts are kept on file for 2 years. $20.00 for the first copy, $15.00 for each additional copy when ordered at the same time.
