Q. What are inmate accounts?
An inmate may use money in his or her account to pay for fees or to purchase products available through the Jail's commissary -- including toiletries, writing paper, envelopes, pencils, postage, and snack items.
Q. How do I make a deposit in an inmate account?
To make a deposit on an inmate’s account, go to the front lobby of the Clackamas County Jail (2206 Kaen Road, Oregon City, OR 97045). The Jail accept deposits 24 hours, 7 day a week, 365 days a year, barring unforeseen emergencies.
The Clackamas County Jail will only take deposits for inmates currently residing in Jail.
Upon release from the Jail, an inmate will receive the balance of any remaining funds in the account in the form of a check.
