Criminal Reconstruction and Forensic Team (CRAFT)

The Criminal Reconstruction and Forensic Team (CRAFT) is staffed with two full-time criminalists. They investigate fatal and serious-injury crashes in Clackamas County -- and assist our Patrol and Detective divisions with crime-scene investigations.

CRAFT unit members reconstruct crashes and map and diagram crime scenes using the total station instrument, advanced computer technology and other specialized equipment.

CRAFT is part of a multi-agency investigation team in Clackamas County.
