Off-Roading is not allowed at Wagon Wheel Park per Clackamas County Parks Ordinance 6.06.11.05 "No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any park trail, or on any area within a park, which is not paved or graveled unless specifically marked as an area for motor vehicles." Subject to fines.

Water activities of all types can be viewed and enjoyed at Hebb Park. This 13-acre wooded park is available on a first-come basis for boating, fishing, easy hiking, picnics or a day in the sun. Hebb Park also features a boat ramp, dock and boarding floats.
Please note: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all day use areas.

April - October: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
November - March: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Directions to Hebb Park
Hebb Park's physical address: 500 S.W. Hebb Park Rd., West Linn, OR. 97068. Hebb Park is located on the Willamette River just downstream from the Historic Canby Ferry. Take I-205 to Exit 3, Stafford Road, and head south. Proceed .9 miles and turn left on Mountain Road. Proceed 3.7 miles turning left on Hoffman Road and proceed another .8 miles. Make a sharp right turn onto Riverwood Drive. Proceed .7 miles and bear right onto Riverlane Road for .1 miles and veer right onto Hebb Park Road for .4 miles.
