Off-Roading is not allowed at Wagon Wheel Park per Clackamas County Parks Ordinance 6.06.11.05 "No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any park trail, or on any area within a park, which is not paved or graveled unless specifically marked as an area for motor vehicles." Subject to fines.

Carver Park is currently open. Hebb Park parking lot is flooded and closed. There are a few parking spots at the top of the hill @ Hebb. Please use caution when walking through the park and do not wade through flood water - there may be hidden dangers.
Camping is closed for the season. County Park campgrounds will re-open May 1, 2012.

- Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Parks office is closed on Fridays. We take reservations at least 3 days & up to one year in advance.
- Alcohol is allowed by permit only. A camping or picnic reservation serves as the permit. Drop-in campers and picnickers are prohibited from possession of alcohol. No seperate permit is available for drop-ins.
Effective Tuesday, November 1, 2011:
- All campgrounds will be closed for the winter. In addition, all dump stations will be closed. They will re-open May 1, 2012
- Knights Bridge property will have limited parking and no boat access to the river.
- Picnic shelters that will be open on a "First Come, First Served" basis during the winter are: Area #7 @ Barton Park, Area #1 @ Eagle Fern Park, Area #2 @ Feyrer Park and Area #3 @ Metzler Park. All other picnic areas are closed for the winter.

Discount for Veterans with Disabilities & Active Military on Leave
Clackamas County Parks honors the Oregon State Parks issued Special Access Pass for vehicle parking fee and overnight camping Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Other valid proof (for veterans without the Oregon State Parks ID card and active military on leave) may include:
- a Disabled Veteran's license plate issued by the Oregon DMV
- any VA photo identification card bearing the words "service connected disability"
- any letter issued by the VA stating eligibility for any of the above programs, or bearing the words "service connected disability"
- Leave papers issued to active duty personnel by the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard or National Guard
- The card is not transferrable and must be presented upon arrival.
- Photo ID will be required upon arrival at County Parks.
- The veteran with a service connected disability or military on leave must be the primary occupant of the site in order for the discount to be applied.
- The camping fee is waived 100%. The transaction fee of $8 per site is still applicable.
- The first vehicle is included, additional vehicles pay the required $5.
- Active Duty Military on leave will need to pay for your site up front. After your visit, send us your camping receipt and a letter from your CO on official letterhead stating you were on leave for the date(s) of your stay within 30 days of your stay. A refund of your fees will be sent within three weeks of our receipt of your request.
