Welcome

The Alden E. Miller Law Library of Clackamas County provides legal research and reference services to Clackamas County judges, attorneys, court staff, county staff and citizens. The Law Library collection includes local, state and federal materials in print, electronic, and microfilm/fiche formats.

Law Library staff members are available during regular business hours to assist all patrons with performing legal research. Staff cannot perform legal research for the public nor do anything that might constitute the unauthorized practice of law, such as filling out forms, interpreting statutes or advising patrons about specific legal problems.
