Also provides a free booklet, "Family Law in Oregon."

    Contains information, downloadable forms for filing, Parenting Plan Guides, and child support calculators.
  • Oregon Law Help
    Free Legal Information for Low-Income Oregonians, from Legal Services of Oregon. Offers information on a variety of topics including marriage and living together, annulment and separation, paternity, divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support and other family law resources.

    • Lawyer Referral Service – provides names of attorneys who specialize in the area of law you request
    • Modest Means Program – provides names of attorneys who will charge a reduced fee for those who qualify through an application process

  • Clackamas County Community Dispute Resolution Center
    Provides community mediation on issues such as landlord/tenant, animal control, neighbor to neighbor disputes, and others. Also provides mediation, training and facilitation on workplace issues such as discrimination, diversity, performance issues, and ADA
  • Victim-Offender Mediation Program
    Provides voluntary, confidential mediation between juvenile offenders and victims of crime.
