Community Solutions for Clackamas County (CSCC) was formerly known as Employment, Training & Business Services (ETBS). We have been providing services to the Clackamas County community for over 30 years offering high quality solutions to effectively meet community needs.

Our mission is to create effective solutions in workforce development and business productivity; energy-efficiency savings for low-income homeowners and renters; workplace and community conflict resolution; and promotion of positive youth development.
