Advisors to the Roadmap to Healthy Communities Project

Though all county residents will be able to contribute their thoughts and ideas, a group of twenty community leaders from throughout Clackamas County will serve as Community Advisors to the Roadmap project. These advisors will:

• Serve as ambassadors for the planning process
• Guide the community involvement process
• Review and prioritize information that comes from citizens
• Identify possible projects and potential community partners
• Provide ongoing advice to Clackamas County Community Health as we create our roadmap
