OHP Outreach

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is a health insurance program for low-income individuals and families.  It primarily serves pregnant women, children, people with disabilities and the elderly.  It provides health insurance benefits to eligible individuals and families, including physical health care (primary and specialty care), alcohol and drug evaluation and treatment, dental care and mental health services. 

The OHP Outreach staff assists clients with applying or reapplying for the OHP Medicaid program, the Family Health Insurance Assistance Program (FHIAP) and the Oregon MothersCare (OMC) program.  Bilingual staff is always available.
