Community Health Council

The Clackamas County Community Health Council was created to meet the federal statute requirements of several grant programs delivered by the Health Division and to provide the Division with community input regarding programs delivered throughout the county. The Board of County Commissioners actively seeks citizen participation from Clackamas County residents on these boards. We strive to ensure that the advisory councils represent Clackamas County's population demographics, including a balance based on geography, expertise and ethnicity. The majority of the Council membership, nine to 25 members, consist of people served by programs of the Division. Interpreter services and monthly minutes in Spanish are available on request.

The Community Health Council meets monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Public Services Building, 2051 Kaen Road, in Oregon City. For more information contact Julie Hertel at 503-742-5333.
