Outpatient Mental Health Services

Programs and services are available to children and adults who are experiencing moderate to severe psychological difficulties. Priority for services will be given to:

  • Any person in crisis
  • Persons covered under the Oregon Health Plan
  • Children who are victims of abuse or neglect
  • Adults with severe and persistent major mental illness

Services provided may include:

  • Care Coordination - To assist and advocate for consumers in accessing community and family resources
  • Crisis Intervention - To address immediate emergent (new, not ongoing) mental health needs
  • Group Therapy and Education
  • Parent/Family Support and Education
  • Consultation - To families, schools, law enforcement, and other public agencies
  • Medication Evaluation and Management - Including consultation with community health providers
  • Focused Individual Psychotherapy - On limited basis

Passport Program

Specialized intensive services for severely mentally ill young adults who also have addictions issues.

Multifamily Psychoeducational (MFPE) Program

Specialized intensive services for families of young adults who are newly diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorders. Our brochure, Early Help for Thought Disorders, is available for download.

Discovery Team

This program, for adults with severe and chronic mental illness, helps people realize their dreams, whether it’s getting a job, going back to school or living independently. The Discovery Team’s therapists and care coordinators work with consumers and their families, friends and significant others to create Discovery Plans to help consumers fulfill their possibilities.
