Cost of Services
- Oregon Health Plan Accepted
- Insurance, if available will be billed, for Alcohol and Drug treatment services only
- VISA and Master Card accepted
- Some services are limited to the authorized visits as determined by insurance or health plan
- Please bring all appropriate insurance, Oregon Health Plan and other medical cards and financial data on your first visit
Some services are available for reduced fees, based on ability to pay. Fees are determined by wages, the size of the family and other income available to the family.
Certain services, including services for the developmentally disabled, may be available without charge. Rates for contracted services are available upon request.
Please have the name of your medical insurer, if any, the policy and group number available when you call.
