Working to Protect and Promote Your Health
Welcome to Clackamas County Community Health (CCCH). The health of a community is a key indicator about its quality of life. At Clackamas County Community Health, we’re committed to improving the quality of life in Clackamas County by offering services and engaging in activities that protect and promote the health of its residents.
CCCH is an integrated community health agency. We have combined public health, physical health, behavioral health and developmental disability services into what we hope are seamless and user-friendly health services for our community. Some of the many services we provide include: primary care, mental health, developmental disabilities services, alcohol and drug treatment, WIC/nutrition, community health nursing, restaurant inspections, disease outbreak monitoring, immunizations, public pool/spa monitoring, food worker certification and birth and death certificates.
Our goal is to provide our community with superior service. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to improve our service to you.
