Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)

Many agencies in Clackamas County which offer housing and services to people who are homeless participate in a regional, web-based Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). This HMIS is designed to collect data on the housing and services provided to clients. The system is secure and protects the privacy of individual clients. This regional HMIS is administered by the City of Portland and includes Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties. Service Point, owned by Bowman Systems, is the name of the HMIS program used in Clackamas County.
