Information about the NSP Home Buyer Assistance Program can be confusing for your clients. In order to assist you in helping clients buy their new home on this program, we've developed this toolkit for realtors.

The Realtor's Toolkit includes:

• A download-able information flyer that you may print out and share with your clients 
• Maps indicating HUD-designated high-need areas
• A list of the steps that you and your client need to take
