For the second consecutive year, Clackamas County Commissioners have announced plans to distribute $200,000 in small grants to organizations providing services to the needy in Clackamas County.

The money was set aside by the Budget Committee as part of a plan to funnel $1 million in fiscal year budget savings to support programs for vulnerable populations.
This is a continuation of a successful pilot program last year that distributed grants to 18 local non-profit organizations for programs ranging from domestic violence outreach to parenting education.
